Absolutely amazing complex. Spacious floor plans with great amenities. The staff is always great. Renee is a rockstars, always super helpful and sweet. Plus I couldn't ask for a better location near all the great food and shopping Houston has to offer. So definitely make the right move and come home to Ashton West Dallas �

This place is not what it used to be since new management came onboard. I won't be staying after my lease is up. There's only one shining star left, the maintenance man, who's friendly, hard-working, helpful. All other staff has changed out since I moved in. You can feel the difference in the atmosphere.
Not safe!! My car was broken into last night then when I spoke with management this morning then confirmed that there were break ins in apartments on the property recently however they did not have to by law disclose this therefore did not notify any of the residents. 9 cars broken into and 2 apartments in a month....Per Manager, our safety is not something written into the lease therefore they are not responsible if anything happens.
They have a beautiful pool and BBQ area. Great workout facility.
Constant upkeep issues, poor communication with residents over issues that greatly impact residents.
