We have lived in the ******* ** **********by Towne Properties in Anderson, Ohio for three and a half years. It was never as nice as advertised, but for the past several months we have had to smell our next door neighbors vaping marijuana as it comes through our walls. It smells like a burnt dead skunk. This is not a good company this company charged me and sent me to collections for renting there when I never live there I had a residence of my own and this company got my information from the person who lived there that broke into my home was charged for it and this company sent me to collections ruining my credit cost me a job. This company is not a good company at all

What an awful company. They don't respond in a timely manner. They falsely accuse residents with no evidence to back up their accusations. They do a lousy job of keeping up with repairs on buildings. But most importantly, they are unresponsive. If you are looking for a properly management company, look anywhere else!!

Worst ever for communication and cooperation. I handled the sale of condo for a client who is out of the country. She entrusted me to handle the deposit of the sale proceeds to her ** ****account and asked that I do the same for the HOA refund she was due since it was paid for the remainder of the year(5 months of dues). Currently 2 months later and still waiting for the refund. The customer service administrator doesn't answer emails, and has nothing but excuses when you get her on the phone.

I filed a complaint with the BBB against Towne Properties. In retaliation, my latest HOA payment was sent back to my bank labeled 'Undeliverable'. More shockingly, my Property Manager proceeded to tell me (in writing) that my payment was posted, making me think my account was paid to date. I have been making payments to Towne through my banks bill pay system for 7 years and never had an issue with it being delivered until the month following my complaint here. 1 at best. The place I live in has such high fees and I receive no response from the contact person at town properties when I have a major issue in my place. UNACCEPTABLE. J** H******** is a joke of a professional.

AVOID THIS "COMPANY" AND THEIR PROPERTIES AT ALL COSTS!!! I purchased a home in the ****** ****subdivision. The fees are outrageous for what you get. They never mailed me a pool key, I had to go in and pick it up six months later. I took in a check for dues, they posted it 3 weeks later and had already mailed me a late fee when it was NOT late. To top it all off, I call in to file a complaint and their "customer service" rep - Jennifer S******** was the rudest most unprofessional person I have talked to in my life. Terrible ... read more

In 2015 I rented from ****** commons. Cassandra A***** filed an illegal eviction against me and submitted a completely different 3 day notice to the courts than what she had given me. I complied and went to all of the court hearings but Cassandra was subpoenaed to court as a witness for having submitted a different notice to the courts than what was given to me. I live in a condo in the ***** *****subdivision on the West Side of Cincinnati. I have unfortunately been stuck dealing with Towne Properties for 9 years now. My direct property contact is Sam D**********. The most recent experience is similar to all others I've had with them. I have had a leak in my guest bedroom window between the WALL and the window FRAME. The leak is only when the weather is raining indicating it is an outside issue, not an issue with the window itself. I reported this in January 2017, again 3 times sinc... read more
