Town properties is Crap there like that employee that thinks they get a pay check just for showing up ! Took over 6months to get the paper work to pay condo fees on my late moms place there answer to every thing is late fees Don't buy a property managed by them !!!!!!

Unresponsive, hire and contract with poor vendors to save a few bucks. Don't listen to the homeowners.

Absolutely the worst management ever. My daughter and I have been homeless because of their neglect. 8 roof leaks in our entire building that I know of. Mold everywhere and they won’t do anything about it. Absolutely unbelievable what we have went through in the last 2 months. They are complete liars. I wonder how they put their head on a pillow at night

Towne Properties does a terrible job managing the Ville Charmante in Worthington. The landscape is completely overgrown and maintenance is not proactive about condo repairs. Any inquiry about minor repairs usually take a minimum of two months to get any kind of resolution. If an emergency, good luck getting it reimbursed. My sump pump broke two days after moving in, and after asking for reimbursement, TP refused bc I didn't follow protocol...which I did and no one picked up the phone. I called in to Towne Properties about Worthington Woods 2. Basically we are having issues with pine trees all over the condo complex. My assigned parking spot is directly under 2 pine trees which gets sap all over my car and the sap removes paint from my car. I called and the receptionist passed me to the manager of the properties and he was very rude and said my landlord needed to call in and that he doubts anything will be done about the pine trees because it is apart of life and there is nothing I can do about it. As a Realtor, I specialize in working with Senior citizens who move to nursing homes. Today, I was with my hard of hearing elderly client, whose condo in a PUD community will soon be for sale. I needed to get the ***** ***** Owners Association's (fairborn ohio) By-Laws, Declaration of Covenants, etc. in order to sell his condo. Terrible to deal with. Don’t return phone calls. Don’t follow through with what they promise they will do. As a condo owner for over 17 years, it didn’t matter what issue I called about,they always had an excuse, empty promise or lie. That is, if you can even get the person who manages your property to return your phone call. Sold my property last month. Won’t miss dealing with them.

Untrustworthy. They tried to charge us for condo fees after we had sold and transferred our condo. This was after paying $250 in fees in them to transfer the condo to the new owners name. Don’t expect them to return calls or emails once you call them out for being deceptive. Only gave one star because 0 wasn’t an option.
