We lived here for nearly 4 years in a two story townhome, and although we are excited about moving into our first home we are extremely sad to be leaving this community and are really going to miss it. We had an absolute wonderful experience living here. Management was always very friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests were handled in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. I’ve lived in many apartments in the Indy area in the last few years, and this has been my favorite one. The community is quaint and quiet, very family friendly and nice neighbors all around. The buildings are well taken care of, the staff is kind and helpful, maintenance is quick and well done, and the location in Nora is awesome. I’ve recommended it to friends before and will continue to do so!
Looking back now, these were the best apartments I lived at. It had everything I was looking for and more! The downstairs patio is great. Washer/ dryer hookup PLUS washer/ dryer availability in the office. If I could’ve stayed in my 1 bedroom forever, I would have! We ran into some issues transferring apartments, but outside of that, my living experience was amazing here.
