Nice place to stay
I did not expect to stay at the hotel such a bad condition also under construction, it was a mess, dirty, I couldn’t even bear to sit on the chair at the breakfast it was so disgusting. No hair dryer, no hand soap. I will never stay at this hotel in Amarillo TX
Bc of renovations this hotel looked like an abandoned mess. No lobby just a make shift area with a computer to check in . No where to sit. No dinning area so breakfast was set up in a room and hall.had to change rooms bc of plumbing problems so went from 3rd floor to 2nd. The 2nd room air conditioner was so loud and I swear all night bc it didn't cool room at all. All elevator at back of hotel did not work so we had to go up and down stairs. Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert. 1Aufzug geht, rest defekt Pool zu , alles stinkt nach Farbe, der improvisierte Frühstücksraum dreckig. Die Arbeiter (Maler etc) sitzen dort. Stühle unzumutbar dreckig. Der Manager in Jogginghose unfreundlich. Immerhin konnten wir 2 von 3 Nächten stornieren. Mich wundert es, dass es erlaubt ist bei grossen Renovierungen Gäste zu haben. Wir haben uns sehr unsicher gefühlt.
