I began my fitness journey with Ashley October of 2015, prior to this I had not been able to maintain ANY workout routine for more than a couple weeks. I love working out with Ashley. I have only been a few times, but from the get go, she made it fun. I haven't worked out in a while so I was worried how strong or willing my body would be. There was no judgement, and she works with YOUR body to find the right workout that is best fitted for you. I have struggled with my weight for about 5 years now. I finally got the courage to do something about it in March 2016 but it was only because of Ashley that I have been able to stick to it. Ashley's training style works well with me. She pushes you to your limit but also understands the everyday struggles and helps you through them.
