I've been going to Ashley for only four months and already I have a lot more energy and my jeans fit better! I always feel energized after a workout and ready to take on the day. She's so supportive even when I'm struggling to finish my circuit. I love that each day is something different; it definitely keeps me from getting bored!

Ashley is exactly what I needed to start getting healthy. She doesn't push my body too hard, and she is always motivating me to try harder and to adopt a healthy lifestyle! I've always tried to work out, but I don't know really where to begin once I hit the gym.
