This place is way to dang much they shouldn't be open any more period! They don't care about the residents nor the employees there point blank.i use to work there & gave my all til it was time for me to leave.its so sad to say that this place is only about money & don't care about anyone period! I feel so bad for the residents there.one day this place will be closed down due to not being ran right covering up things & not treating ppl the way they should be treated period! I'm giving this facility 1 STAR REVIEW. I placed my elderly 91 year old mother at Balance Assisted Living in Lodi, CA due to a friend's recommendation because at the time, her father was living there. My mom was well cared for, and staff were very attentive. However, six months later, Del Monte Assisted Living bought the company. Employees of many years suddenly were let go.
