Its ok they late policy is full of it and going up on the rent is crazy and you get nothing out if it maybe your carpet clean and that does not add up to the extra you pay in rent.
The rent is too high for what you get. There are nicer places but I can barely afford the rent here. Certainly can't afford a nicer place.
You cannot trust management to do their job. PERIOD! They tow your vehicle without just cause. That's a HUGE one for me. The washing machines never work. The machines take your money and management does not care to resolve this problem for what I know to be a problem for at least 6 months. They say it's a service that services the machines that they keep around and does not require them to do their job. Outcome: robbed of money you could have used at a working laundry mat.
