RecommendedI really love living at Ashley Oaks Apartments, i would recommend someone to live here. I don't have any problem getting the job done when i need it, all the ladies in the office is friendly especially Danielle.
Rent So Ashley Oaks went up on rent but the apartments still look the same since 2000. Upgrade please!!!
Management is never on the same page. Do not move here ! Always lying and giving the run around. They always want to refer to the you police. They leave notes on tenant doors about the trash but people still do it. They need a manager thats going to take action not give excuses all the time. When i moved in you would think for the price i pay in rent that i would have new things but no the doors are awful bathtub, toilets, are horrible and where the washer and dryer is its no space and they don't even clean up good ! I've lived here for many years. While I agree that there are things management could do better (like clean up the dumpster area, make sure the lawn care company does the job they are paid to do and keep the laundry area up), overall this is a good place to live. I lived in an "upscale" complex before moving here, and we always had the police and SWAT roaming around, looking for (and finding!) criminals living there; that does not happen at Ashley Oaks. don't care about behaviors, 2/10 washer are working, maintenance is coming in without 24 hour notice, raise the lease much to high.
