Property s well maintained,Staff is kind and efficient maintenance is prop to respond.The landscape is beautiful with the beautiful oak tree and it’s signature hanging hanging moss ,absolutely beautiful in spring.Interior is kinda dated but the other amenities-make up for the outdated apartment
I moved into the Ashley Midtown in March 2018... so far, so good. My immediate neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I've interacted with all members of the staff at one time or another, and had only positive experiences. As someone returning to Savannah after a 40+ year absence, I am pleased that Savannah offers housing in such a lovely and diverse community.
It's June second and our pool still ISN'T open! It's later and later every year. This is unacceptable. This will be the last year I renew my lease and I will never recommend anyone here again which I do very often!
