There is never security on the grounds as promised when leasing. Individuals in the pool until 11 being loud when you have to get up to work. Pet owners that never clean up after their dogs so you step in it while walking and it's right outside your door so it smells as your walking by.....
So extremely annoyed with the parking situation. Instead of enforcing the parking, they charge you 50 dollars a month for a reserved spot! I love my apartment but something seriously needs to change regarding parking and enforcing it!
Absolutely horrible. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Especially for the price.
My hubby and I have been living here a little over a year and love it . We love the most the great staff and how quite it is at night
