Under the old management I would have ranked Ashley House 4 stars! It really was a great place to live. The management shifted in June 2014, and everything has since changed. If you are considering renting at Ashley House, please don't. Unfortunately I am roped in to the next 6 months. Just a week ago, I was notified that my rent was delinquent. My stay at Ashley House was less than luxurious. After paying our rent on time for 8 months, my husband obtained a job position that required our relocation. We had to submit a 60 day notice of our intent to vacate. This notice ended our stay at Ashley House on the 8th of January. Ashley House wanted nearly 3 thousand dollars within 2 weeks of the notice!
