Do not move here. The people don’t care and I’m still waiting on a tub drain from about a year ago. TRASH SERVICE. Update: Building 11 is full of drug dealers and the management doesn’t care. Cops have been called but they can’t do anything. Terrible life here. I have to pay rent while not living there due to safety issues for my wife and son. Broken windows, trucks windshields, and terrible non caring management.
IT'S A DEATHTRAP!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! No smoke alarms, expired fire extinguishers, no security or exterior lighting. Maintenance is a joke. No service from maintenance or management. Lies, lies all day every day. I wish I could post photos of all the violations. I am proceeding with complaints to both the Fire Marshall and Houston Apartment Association next week.
Es horrible vivir en estos apartamento.. Quiero que se termine el contrato lo antes posible... no funciona nada
These apartments are the worst apartments in the area. They don't fix nor replace anything, it is better that you find another place to rent. My apartment was infected my roaches, cabinets were dirty, appliances are very old and don't wok at all . And I just move to this apartment, I will follow up my pictures.

Cute little complex and reasonably priced.
hell hole it's horrible, manager maintenance the entire front office. You pay large sum of rent and nothing get fixed do not rent from this place!
