Very nice and friendly, but if you have a problem via warranty, they give you a run around and don't want to cover anything. I bought about 6 bedroom suites, dining room, etc with them, and they don't work with me after the sale. Too much back and forth, and after all that, now they say they can't help me!! Very highly overpriced - just check online with their own website! For example, their sofas are all around $2000 regular price (which changes by the way based on what sale they are having). My sales associate James was the best! James and Kristy went out of their way to make sure we were helped and satisfied today. I was so tired from shopping for our house and it could have been an even longer day but everyone was friendly and so helpful thank y'all .
I honestly love shopping here and love the warranty, sure we had some issues with our dinning table but the warrant completely covered it and we got it replaced, no big deal and the sales people are always patient and really help out and will work with you no matter how many times you change your mind.
My salesperson Cynthia was amazing!!! When it looked like I was not going to be able to qualify, she didn't give up on me. I not only was able to qualify but she was able to knock down more on the price . I got what I wanted and I can't wait until it comes and enjoy it.. thanks again to Cynthia and Patricia. You ladies are outstanding!! Great, positive experience!!!

Awesome and great customer service very satisfied
I removed my review and posted this new one. Natalie from Ashleys made everything better. The customer service I received from her was excellent. The drivers, even though they were running behind, had a positive attitude and were very polite. Will continue to give Ashley's my business in the near future.

Our salesman Alex was very informative and pleasant to talk to, he went over our financing with care to detail.
