Run, run, run! Horrible customer service and they will NOT honor your warranty. It's a scam... Terrible experience, would not recommended at all. The quality of the furniture is very poor, and the fabric will not last for more than 3 years without decoloration (even in a closed environment without sunlight exposure). Would never buy anything from them again. I didn't even wanted my store credit, so I wouldn't have to pick anything else from them, not worth it. Got my first leather couch ever from Stuart Phillips. Was kinda leaning on going to the competitor but now sooo glad I didn't. He really sold us on a awesome quality product!
Our salesman Andrew was wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable; super patient with us. He and the Assistant Manager Stuart stayed well past closing time to take care of us. And they gave us a GREAT DEAL on our furniture. Would highly recommend working with them!
Fist I went to Bedroom express and had very terrible service there! And next I went to Ashley's I was greeted right away by a gentle man named Lee. I told him my price range and he showed me all the Sets they had that were in my price range. The prices were very fair and reasonable. The sales person was up front about how long it would take to get here if i had ordered it. Sadly I was in a time crunch and couldn't wait. On Sunday, 7/18, I purchased furniture for two rooms with the assistance of Cindy Groce. I met Cindy two weeks ago when I was shopping. She was friendly in greeting me and very helpful and understanding that I wasn't buying that day, "just looking". Sunday she was patient in helping me choose the right mattress, nice accent lamps and color coordination.
