My furniture has been on order for over 5 weeks. Got half of it and one part was damaged. Everyday I call they tell me a different date to be received at the warehouse. My poor daughter is sleeping on the floor because she has no bed. The delivery guy stepped in dog poop from the neighbor's yard and tracked it all over my floors. They supposedly sent me $200 gift card, but haven't received that either. I don't think I will use it anyway because there customer service and delivery sucks! Horrible horrible. Furniture broke 3 days later. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Waited 6 months for deliver of the correct item. I do not recommend at all! !!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! THE SELL IS ALL THEY CARE.. AFTER THAT THEY COULD CARE LESS .. OH AND I GOT TO SEE HOW THE STOCKERS TREAT EVERYONES FURNITURE ..PITIFULL!

I bought a Ashley bunk bed set from Cohen Bros. Furniture in New Castle Delaware. The set came damaged. The headboard leg had a crack in it that was painted over, the footboard had a divot in the leg that was puttied over. There was a crack in top of the headboard and the slats were too long. I filed an online complaint, however, I have not yet received correspondence. we bought an awesome bedroom set, the delivery was before the due date and everything arrived perfect ❤️We give them 5 stars!
They say they value the customer, but when there's an issue they ignore you. We will not be buying from them again. We would rather spend more money than get treated this way.
Don't have furniture from there but it's beautiful
