Alex was great!! Worked hard to get us the mattress as soon as possible! And was very knowledgeable on the difference of the options!!
Husband and I went in to pick out living room set, Alex was so patient with us and so wonderful considering we had our 2 year old with us. Got a pretty good deal, exactly what we wanted, no trying to sway us this way or that way. This is the second time in three years we have gotten furniture from Ashley's and both times have been a great experience!
Once again Ashley Furniture makes you purchase a protection plan they never have the intentions on honoring! It's been almost 2 years since I put in a work order for recliner mechanism & now they don't wanna fix or replace it! They are trying to offer me $600 for furniture over $3000! I will not be quiet about this scam ASHLEY FURNITURE got going on!!!

Worst, cheaply manufactured furniture Ive EVER purchased! Stitching coming apart...FORCED me to purchase warranty when buying the overpriced furniture (for the lack of quality) and when i tried to make a claim...DENIED, DENIED, DENIED. EXACTLY why I would NOT have purchased the warranty if I had a choice. I was told this so called "warranty" would cover everything..accidental spills, damage...EVERYTHING. well obviously my accidental damage is an exception because they wont cover ANY of it...not even the stitching coming lose... read more
