We went in to purchase a mattress and our salesman Scott was wonderful. After paying you sign and initial papers and I wasn't understanding why if I decline their protection plan/mattress protector it would void the warranty. I wanted to purchase my own and not their expensive one. However the Manager, Stewart was being very rude and condescending. We left the store. We returned the next day to get a refund and why. The Manager Stewart said he never said that and then continued to argue more with us instead of smooth things ... read more

Can’t gv a higher star yet considering I just ordered & paid for my leather couch set but dealt w/Amex & he was fast & knowledgeable so I hope we dont have issues lk sum I’m reading about with the warranty if it ever comes to that ..when in, picked, ordered & purchased very fast service from Alex & gv us a pretty good price
