Love this company! They were efficient and professional when applying for my rental property. I got my approval within 3 days and Susan was very thorough and friendly when explaining my move in process. My roommates and I are very happy in our home and we recommend Black and Cherry to anyone looking to lease a home in Las Vegas! If we ever move, we will try to get into another their homes.

I feel like these reviews are fake. Super unprofessional!! Thank god I am not dealing with these people directly. Trying to help a friend out and read some of the emails they've sent to their customer who is asking for help paying rent! The emails are short, rude and offer absolutely no help. I work in customer service and those emails are not acceptable! I'm not even getting into all the things that have gone wrong since he started dealing with them. Stay away! Seriously!

Eloff and his staff helped us sell our house in less than a month and he made the process a breeze! They were able to get us several offers after just a few days on the market, and we opened escrow at a really high price (higher than 2 years of comps supported). Black & Cherry was awesome. Bob Jacobson helped me find my new home and was fast and responsive. I went through 3 other agents before finding one who would actually return my phone calls in the same day! The who office was very nice too. I would reccomend Black & Cherry to anyone looking for a home.

I am so glad that I found Black and Cherry here for my Las Vegas property management. I am an international investor and own properties across the county. After many bad experiences with property managers here in the Las Vegas real estate market a friend told me about Black and Cherry. They now manage my 5 homes here and I could not be happier. Ashley and Anna were not only knowledgeable and quick to respond, but most importantly they marketed my property leaps and bounds beyond my last property management company. My house leased in a reasonable time frame and their office staff are always willing to help. Hard to find in this town!
