Ashley Furniture is the worst!!! Their customer service is horrible and not helpful. My delivery was delayed over two weeks from the promised date. I will never buy at shot at this place again.
My husband and I decided to visit this store on the spur of the moment one day. This was probably the biggest mistake we ever made. In the show room was greeted by Ron a floor associate who proceeded to guide us through the store. We saw an entertainment wall unit and specifically asked about the material it was made from. He assured us that it was solid wood, he even rapped his knuckles on it for effect. We proceeded to purchase this item and was told we had to sign some papers for delivery.
