I have recently been shopping for new living room furniture and have been to several other furniture stores prior to coming to Ashley furniture. Yesterday, my mother and I stopped into Ashley furniture with the hope of finding what I have been looking for and I was not disappointed. From the beginning of our experience to the end, Robert Serrano was excellent!! He was not pushy whatsoever and I was able to find the perfect furniture for my husband and I. I will definitely be back in the future.

We bought a couch here 2 years ago. Unfortunately, the fabric didn’t hold up well. The warranty company said they didn’t cover the wear and tear of the fabric. Unable to stand the look of the couch anymore, I went into Ashley furniture to look for a leather couch. When I told the salesman my situation, he immediately gave me a credit on the old couch and I walked out of the store with a brand new couch. Thank you Ashley furniture! I am a customer for life.
My sales associate was Robert Serrano. He was a delight to work with! I definitely plan to purchase other items in the near future and will specifically ask for Robert!
