Went in to furnish a brand new house. We were greeted at the door by Ashley. She is knowledgeable, personable and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and happy. I will definitely be back

Furniture is great, people on phone are pleasant enough, the store manager TONY is the worst. Not sure if he is incompetent, lazy or just an a$@hole but either way- he is doing his best to bring down that company. He absolutely refuses to even acknowledge a customer with a problem, actually hides from them and has his staff LIE to them on the phone. And corporate customer care keeps saying "their hands are tied"!!! Are you kidding me? Next step: contact the district manager- maybe he is concerned abt customers. Wish me luck.... read more

Incompetent sales people. Was lied to about delivery, more than once. Rude Newnan store office staff. Management on vacation. Was told to call Customer Service that transferred me back to the office staff. Due to this last purchase and debacle that has followed, this long time Customer will take business else where. We will not be spending anymore of our money with your company.
