I recently paid cash for a "popular" sectional" in MAY. I was promised delivery in July. In July they failed to deliver, and again promised a later date of August. August has come and gone and we were given yet again a delivery date of September 5. Here we still sit on my living room floor as I write this message. Recommendedi am very ill and requied 2 recliners Jamar was our sales rep and was very helpful without being pushy. the chairs were exactly what I needed. they were good quality and well priced. I have to wait 4 weeks for delivery but thats because of covid 19.
My sales associate Delilah was great! There is a nice selection in the store and the displays are beautiful. I’m looking forward to receiving my new family room furniture! My only complaint so far is the $200 delivery fee and $200 fabric protection cost!
Absolutely awful customer service! I will never shop or recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. We ordered barstools, the wrong ones came. Upon looking at the receipt the sales person wrote the number wrong. Almost THREE months later-nothing has been done. We purchased a dining room set. One chair came completely broken. Went in the Newnan store and purchased a bedroom set on June 8th. Delivery was scheduled and I was called day of and told part of my order was not there and they needed to reschedule. They rescheduled only to be called the day of AGAIN and told this time my box springs were not there but they insisted on bringing the rest of it. That was 2 weeks ago. Bought all new furniture last year, spend extra to get the protection plan. I need to file a claim because the nightstand is chipping and the lady I spoke with on the phone was so rude. She wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before giving me a disconnected phone number to call
Good furniture reasonably priced
I went to rooms to go actually going to buy something & no one ever came to ask if we needed any help or anything, not even a welcome in. Everyone else who came in after us got service and was asked if everything was ok. We were there an hour!!!!! We wanted to buy something, but still no one came. we left and went to Ashley home furniture coming out with a ton of stuff and good customer service!
