Husband and I went into the store yesterday looking for a new sofa. We had purchased from Ashley before so we wanted to look there for the sofa first. So very glad we did. We were greeted at the door by Ted Aurora. He was so nice and told us about the sales. He asked what we were looking for and he let us look around till we found the right one. He gave us a GREAT deal on a beautiful sectional and so we bought it. Love Ashley Homestore. We will NEVER buy anywhere else.
I don’t normally post about poor customer service or product. But I think customers should be aware before they buy products from Ashley furniture. We purchased a living room package on 12/2016. We started noticing a knot on the coffee table the notice a smaller one. I contacted the store and after sending pictures I was told it was not a defect and wasn’t anything they could do. I’ll never order something from AF again! Every time I’ve purchased something the delivery of it is a mess. Rescheduled or didn’t have on date they said it would be in. I thought I’d give them one more try. I ordered a bedroom set on the 16 of December. Told me delivery would be on the 27th. Just got a call FOR THE FOURTH TIME that they are sorry for a manufacturers delay and it’ll be delivered next week. 4 times I have requested off work only for it to not come! The extended warranty is a joke! According to Ashley Furniture, excessive fabric peeling is considered normal wear & tear for a $3000 living room suite after 4 years. Buyers Beware!
