My new bed and mattress set have been delivered! The shipping did take a month, but it came on the date they said it would. The guys that delivered my bed were very nice and quick with the setup. No scratches or tears anywhere. Shawn was very helpful when I was purchasing my new bed but I will say the lady that works in finance was extremely rude! Smacking the counter because she assumed I filled out the form incorrectly and they way she talked to me almost took my out of character! I would shop there again as long as don’t ... read more

it's been 2 months and still no bed for my daughter. They took my money. Local sales doesn't care. Customer service doesn't care.

You do not abide by your own policies and procedures. You gave me a table Bench and chairs that were assembled very incorrectly by your delivery drivers and are refusing to refund it to me. The delivery drivers came may 9, they did not wear gloves or masks and they left oil marks on my white chairs and bench. They also assembled it outside on my dirty driveway. I called customer service 10 min right after delivery and you said you can’t refund me since it’s already in the home and I was supposed to know to tell the delivery ... read more

We purchased a dining room set and living room furniture in November of 2019. The purchasing experience went great. The dining room set arrived in a couple weeks and the delivery experience was perfect. The living room set arrived a month later and the workers had trouble getting the sofa in the house. I told the delivery men that they will have to take the legs off the couch to get it to fit into our home. My husband and I purchased the Brashland Whitewash queen bed on Saturday and we were able to pick up at the warehouse the same day!! We absolutely love the quality of the bed and the buying process was great.

I will never order from Ashley home furniture again. First of all, in December, they delivered the wrong furniture to me. It has taken almost two months to get this corrected. Now, there are tornado warnings outside. The weather is horrible outside. The driver called me, and I could hear the storm in the background of his phone. I told him to be safe and seek shelter and not worry about my furniture. ITS NOT THAT IMPORTANT. I was then called by the delivery company and told that I would have to pay $79 to have it rescheduled... read more

We were lied to when we spent over 3000,00 on a leather couch. Wasn't real leather. We bought a rip off warranty that we found later doesn't cover peeling. When I contacted the store the store told me to contact corporate. Coverage told me they couldn't do anything to call store. Store manager said he would try to replace 1 cushion,haven't heard back. I will never shop there again and am about to contact better business b. .

I had a bed delivered in Feb. It was not assembled correctly and was damaged. They came out 5 times and each time there was an issue. The last time was in July and after they left I noticed screws missing from the top bunk. This last time they damaged my walls and didn't even inform me or apologize. I called the next morning and this situation has yet to be reaolved. I have messed up walls and a bunk bed my daughter can't even sleep in.
