Worst funiture we ever purchased. My living room set is barely two years old and falling apart. And of course the extended warranty we bought doesn't cover anything! I will never buy from Ashley again. The furniture sold at Big Lots is better and much cheaper.
Travis H was the best sales associate ever. He is absolutely the sweetest and helped every way possible. I would recommend him over everyone
Travis took the time to really understand what we were looking for and then followed-up with us. He helped make sure we got the best deal possible. I could not recommend him more. I will be back for any future buys at Ashley’s.
Shopped with Travis Helton and he was fantastic!! He made the process really easy and could confidently speak to the pieces we were considering. His knowledge helped us make the decision that was best for our family. Looking forward to shopping with him again!
My experience in the store was fine. However, the delivery process is horrible! The armless chair of my sectional has been delivered broken twice! The customer service representatives treated me horribly and the supervisor James was extremely rude. I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture again. The quality control process and their customer service is beyond terrible! I am absolutely disgusted at this point!
Shawn was very helpful as soon as I walked in & answered all of my questions with such kindness. Kathy allowed our transaction to go very smoothly & help to expedite the purchase of my furniture! I will be back to purchase more items from this store soon! I truly enjoyed my experience!
