The store itself was great and customer service was nice but once you get the furniture your stuck! We bought a large sectional and it was the worst decision ever. We have had nothing but problems from it and had to have multiple people out to fix it and multiple parts changed and multiple sections of the couch completely replaced and the cycle just keeps going with no end. Don’t buy this furniture!!!
Horrible horrible experience every time we have bought furniture from this place. Delivery delays after delivery delays, with no calls to tell us it’s being delayed. Bought a bedroom set for my son literally 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. Didn’t call to tell me the delivery would be delayed for a fourth time so we sat at home all day waiting for them and they never showed. I am in love with our new sectional. Marti was awesome. She helped us get the greatest deal possible. She also answered all our quedtions and concerns. Thank you Marti Lopez for all your wonderful help!! I will definitely stick with Ashley's in Concord.
Such a great experience we had Sunday at Ashley. We had Betty Brady help us with finding the perfect set for our tv room. Her knowledge of the products and financing, along with her fantastic personality made our experience a breeze. We will be back for all our home furnishings and will definitely be asking for Betty when we do.
Great welcome at the door. TED was very gracious even after he learned we would not be able to buy at this location and he would not get a commission. He took great care of my mom and was very helpful and pleasant. I will go back and ask for him when I am in the market for furniture.
Shawn was great from beginning to end. He was quite knowledgeable on the pieces he was selling. (I asked a lot of questions, and changed my mind a hundred times) I went in looking at a specific piece but after some talking I went with a higher quality bedroom set and a temper pedic. Please keep in mind I was only there to buy a dresser and chest. � I had only applied for enough credit for the original set I was looking at but between him and Cathy it was a breeze to get refinanced and out the door.. Loved the store and the people! Got a great deal on our furniture!! Marti Lopez took excellent care of us! She walked us through the store, helped us match furniture, and offered us great advice! She was very knowledgable of the product and had a great personality!! We will definitely be back in the future!!
