Bought recliner sofa and love seat. Within 3 months had to have the seat cushions repaired. The guy that was sent out to do the repair cut himself and bled all over the couch and my carpet. Ashley's solution was to sand the blood off the wood. What about my carpet? Customer service was unwilling to do anything else. No money back and a few months after the "fix" the cushions are flat and uncomfortable again. Can feel the the metal frame through the cushions. Worst couch ever! Terrible service. I purchased a bedroom "suite" (cause it has so many gorgeous pieces) like 8yrs ago and its so sturdy. I just brought a new living room and dinette set and everyone absolutely loves it. It's like living in a new home. I'm in love!
Today at 12:30pm NOT at all HAPPY with you right now. I ordered a Full Mattress with a FULL adjustable frame, you wrote down queen adjustable, which was just delivered and refused. One of our dressers was not sent because it was damaged before it even got on the truck. I called and of course our sales person and the manager of the bedding dept that both assisted me were not available to talk to. The main store said to keep everything that was right, I told them I did NOT want to sleep on a mattress on the floor so it better ... read more
