delivery and communication from this store and warehouse is horrible!!! three weeks in cancellations with a confirned date for delivary with no call from them wow and cant get a bed railing for my daughters bed to be set up this has to be one of my worst experiences Ill take my money else where thank you ...

Really disappointed I purchased this electric sofas and when I get them I see they aren't electric so I call the store to speak to OMAR the sales guy I told him my problem he said he was going to call me back never did so I call again he said yes I explained this to you.. when he never did then he said if you want to pay 570 extra we can change them. Worse service ever. Do not shop there. They sold me a defective couch. I have been fighting with them since october. They sent a service tech out 3 times and did include the loveseat for service on the work order. Stay away.

PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS! I ordered my dinning room set in January and was told I would receive it in the first week of February. Didn't get a call or anything when the date rolled around. I had to call just to find out they were "out of stock". Was than told I would receive it on March 10th. I get a call today that the table was "damaged" would have to wait another month! No compensation. Pretty much told me either wait ANOTHER month or pick out a different set.
