We bought a 12” mattress in the box, pick it up in the warehouse, went home and got to find out we were given a 7” thickness instead of 12” we tried to return the unopened bag that was in originally the following day and they’ve just loop us around how to return item, they are not helpful and don’t guarantee your satisfaction even it’s their mistakes at the beginning.
