Would not recommend. No issues until we brought our twin bed home today to find out that we were only buying the headboard. At no point throughout the entire process were we made aware that the frame was not included. Now, we have to pay MORE money AND make another trip to their warehouse to pick up the extra piece. Poor customer service in helping us handle this situation and we will definitely not be shopping there in the future. Terrible customer service because it was non-existent. It took 6 months to get my bed. They are liars and never called me not even once. I called them over and over. They are worse than used car salesmen.
This Ashley Store has one of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Jeff on the other hand is a good guy and dealt with us professionally. Now let’s talk about the Manager, he is straight refusing to pay back the $189 delivery charge (which we canceled the items within minutes of purchasing since we found things cheaper elsewhere). It’s been 8+ days and we have yet to receive our refund for delivery. We have called and he keeps giving the runaround and refusing to pay back and also hung up on a customer, who does that?
