the only thing i liked there was the customer service we got from Maryann. she was outstanding setting our financing up. this 4 star ratting goes to her. other than that all the other associates looked like they were watching us instead of helping us.
I went shopping Sunday afternoon for a dining room set. The selection was much larger than i anticipated, thanks to an entire below-level floor. The sales lady MaryAnn was very helpful in showing me what was available, but also letting me walk around and take my time without being at all intrusive, but still close by if I had any questons. I definitely recommend stopping by if you want to have a look at high quality furniture.
Had a wonderful experience at Ashley's in Anchorage. We went in last weekend to look around and MaryAnn was very helpful and not pushy. She let us wonder around and take our time without making us feel like we were being followed. We went back the following weekend and purchased a living room set we were looking at. I will definitely return.
Came in at the end of the day for the last day of the tent sale. We had Brian help initially and then Marianne helped us with check out. Great help and great customer service even though it was the tail end of the promotion. We will be back again!

The customer service in the anchorage store is horrible. Salespeople sat around and chatted while one girl took care of two different sets of clients. Once the girl came back to us, she was rude and condescending. We spent $900 on a couch worth probably half that amount. No trouble yet with the furniture but we're just a few weeks in. We'll never shop Ashley Furniture again. Went to Baileys today and have excellent customer service and better prices for similar quality.
They had this table on sale for $1099 when I asked the salesman Will why is the price that high when there's scratches on the table. His reply we have three brand-new ones in the warehouse. I said this one should be less because of the scratches, his reply no my boss price it this way because there's three you can purchases with no scratches.. I come to realized Will and Bryan both are idiots !!! Why not discount the one with scratches !! Why purchase a scratch table at the same price as a none scratch table... asshole Bryan... read more
