Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the management at Ashley Courts. One of my packages was stolen, and even after sending several emails, I never received any response or support. There is a clear lack of empathy and communication. I do not recommend this place.
Every time I had issues related to rent or the apartment, the lady at the office was always rude, impatient, and unwilling to help. It was very uncomfortable to even go there because of how I was treated. But whenever it came to charging fees or penalties, she expected an immediate response and was quick to act. Now I’m being charged $1,200 in penalty, and part of the reason I couldn’t handle things in person was because I felt afraid and intimidated by the poor treatment I constantly received at the office. Hello, I am very concerned that you are allowing multiple children to live in a one-bedroom apartment. This is unacceptable and appears to be a violation of Philadelphia’s occupancy and housing codes. Overcrowding creates unsafe and unhealthy living conditions — both for the tenants and for neighbors. As a property manager, you are responsible for complying with city regulations. I ask that you immediately address this issue and stop violating occupancy limits. It is such a dirty building full of mouses and cockroaches. I went office so many times , and asked them to clean my building from mouse and cockroaches but they don’t pay attention.
