Under new management this place is horrible. The new property manager Tony Ferguson is not tentant friendly at all. Never in the office and the way the rent is being handled now is unfair to the residents. Having to pay extra money to have our rental payments received. It's bad enough that the apartments on the inside needs to be updated but the appliances are broken. This is not what you want.
I am a tenant of 5 yrs. It's quite, peaceful and comfortable. An upgrade inside the apartments are very much needed. Belinda who is the property manager is awesome, kind and forgiving. I appreciate the help she's offered me and her complete professional behavior.
