Dr. Gretchen is absolutely amazing she takes the time to explain everything to you and it's truly compassionate about what she does. I will definitely recommend this place to anybody that is looking for Veterinary Care the staff is awesome. Dr. Gretchen keep doing what you do... Ashland vet is awesome and takes care of my Great Dane. From the moment I walk in the door to the time I leave I know that my animals will be taken care of from nose to tail!!
My fiancé and I have two holland lop rabbits that we love. both of them have been cared for here and do the best job handling them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a vet!
Ashland Veterinary Hospital has been amazing. When I started taking my pets there in 1985. The staff is always pleasant. Within this last year, I lost my puppy Max in the spring and called the vet to let them know he had passed away, I received a sympathy card comforting me for my loss. One week be for Christmas 2015, I had put down my beloved dog Lucie. We remainder with her during her final moments and even after. The staff was so caring and understanding. Everyone who works here, the Doctors and the Staff, are all really wonderful individuals. They have really helped us out with all of our 4 legged "children" in the past and present. For example, my 103 lb Mastiff/Golden Retriever mix Therapy dog has been suffering really badly with arthritis and muscle atrophy. Over the past month he had gotten worse and I was scared that we were going to have to put him down.
