Unless you're a regular, you get no service. I took off work early, had an appt. scheduled, sat an hour, watched 3 people go ahead of me. When the porcupine receptionist called the 3:45 appt. ahead of me I walked out. They had NO intentions of helping me from the start. Now my cat has to suffer another day. Way to go, porcupine heart.

If you want a real vet, with real feelings, that cares more about the animal than anything else. This is where you need to be. He literally got down on the floor with Kirby to gain her trust before he examined her.
Dr. Stuart and his staff are great. Has been my vet since I moved here 8 years ago. We had to recently euthanize my very old dog and he and his staff are so compassionate and caring. Thank you to him and his staff
my honeybear is 14. Dr hittenger gave up because she is an old dog. Dr. Stuart cares enough and in less than 45 minutes he diagnosed her. I don't know how long I will have her but at least n now I know her issues and can make her comfortable until the end. This is my vet and I will tell everyone I know. He should be the only vet because he is the only one who cares. THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU ALL💖
I’ve brought my animals here since I moved to Mansfield about 6 years ago & I have never been disappointed!! They’re always super nice & helpful & Dr Stuart always makes sure to answer my questions thoroughly/idiot proof so I can understand. Today, I THOUGHT I had an appointment for my doggo, but turns out it was actually tomorrow & I just wrote it down wrong. Since he didn’t need a lot done, they got me in anyway so I didn’t have to come back!! Awesome people!!
Amazing people wonderful service I received my dogs ashes and the quality and care that was put into making sure my dog was finally home was beyond expected. The box I received them in is beautiful. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in such a hard time.
