The Ashland office has a strict policy with late show ups to the extent that one of the receptionists were rude to an elderly man who showed up 15 min late. Then we waited an hour in a room the size of a closet to be seen. I am happy to respect your time but please also respect ours and dont be so nasty about those who are late esp when patients have to wait so long. Need better time management with scheduling. The doctor was apologetic he was nice.
Was here today with someone who was being treated. The doctors might be great, but the staff is horrible. Several of them stood in the check out area, making fun of a patient, calling him gross and disgusting, with no real concern that their whole conversation could be heard from the waiting area. When confronted, the offending staff members did not apologize and simply got quiet. Been seeing Dr Brian Zimmerman for close to 9 years and I won't go anywhere else!! Very knowledgeable (university of Chicago graduate) & respectable toward me always. Highly recommended!
Excellent staff and physicians. Very professional and efficient.
The doctors here are amazing. I would recommend them to everyone!
