If you want to experience living at the Four Seasons... Then this apartment complex might be the one for you. There's not a whole lot to complain about and a whole lot to love. The location is excellent. Easy access to the highway and across the highway there are so many shops and restaurants in Park Place. The amenities are top-notch. Arcata Apartments Arcata apartment has been my amazing home for the past three years. The staff in particular is what makes the building a home! The leasing staff and maintenance man, Nelson, are all so incredibly accommodating and kind!
Best Apartment & Best Staff I have absolutely loved living at Arcata, it truly feels like home. Our maintenance guy Nelson is amazing and always on top of it. As soon as I put in a maintenance request, he knocks on my door with the biggest smile!! He’s fast and efficient!
Love it here Hello everyone! I’ve lived here for 7 years and I love it. It’s a good quiet with great service. Maintenance staff Nelson is the best and always so nice!

Proceed with caution Okay so listen, this place is one of the best looking apartments in the area but our experience was not that great. We lived there for only a few months and the fire alarm went off twice, also the pool is being redone so both pools are unavailable. We wanted to rent there because of the pool so that was such a disappointment. Then when we decided to move out they through a bunch of charges on us. So it’s nice while it last but yikes never again.

Wonderful From the moment I walked into Cardinal Point, I knew I was home. The staff has been wonderful to work with, the apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived and the amenities are a nice bonus for us. Highly recommend Cardinal Point!!

Friendly Staff, Great Amenities, Perfect Location The headline says it all. We went for a tour and were very pleased with the staff at the leasing office. They’re friendly and helpful. Additionally, the amenities were perfect and to me, it’s a great location! Right by Target ?? We are certainly considering it in our apartment search!

Worth it! Cardinal Point is such a beautiful building with so much to offer! The units are so nicely designed and well maintained. The building is well kept and so clean! The office is always so helpful and sweet whenever I go in there
