Great place to live, quiet area mostly adults not too many children, although it's a good enough area they could play in the small complex. Only 10 buildings if that 1 story 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. 6 per building. I see people saying management is hardly here. Well we know what days they are here and are not here. Plan accordingly. I like that I don't have management up my rear end. They do an inspection once a year and if you don't need them they leave you be as long as the rent is paid. I've been here 4 years service sucks. Takes forever to get things done and sometimes things aren't even done right so you have to go back to them. Half the time management isn't even around. That's pretty bad when they're only open on Mondays and, Wednesdays, and Fridays. They charge way too much. I have a studio 288 square feet. The only extras a disposal. They charge $480.00 a month.
