Very displeased with move out refund. Unit was left clean and undamaged. Moved out Oct 30 but was told I'd be charged for 3 days in Nov anyway? ??? Got refund check today for less than 1/2 after numerous calls, text and messages with no response and it continues
Roach infested. The staff is useless and the maintenance department is just as bad. Do yourself a favor and stay away. You're better off paying a little more than getting stuck in this dump like I did for a year. I've lived in multiple apartments throughout my years and this is by far the absolute worst group of management that I've ever dealt with.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! THIS PLACE IS ROACH INFESTED I MEAN INFESTED!!! WATER IS COMING IN FROM THE FRONT FOUNDATION. THE WATER HEATER IS IN THE ATTIC WHICH TEND TO BURST. RUDE UNCOMPROMISING STAFF THEY BARGE INTO YOUR HOME ANYTIME THEY WANT EVEN IF IT CAUSE YOU GREAT INCONVENIENCE. THE CONSTANT EVATION OF PRIVACY IS BEYOND ME. THE FLOORS ARE SQUICKING REALLY BAD. I have lived at Ashford Villas for 4 years. They have made great changes since new management started. No more Flynt Ridge bad rep. Staff is great and helpful. I am about to renew my lease and can't think of one reason to move anywhere else.
The staff sucks here!! I have been living here for two years and out those two year the have Changed leasing agents 7 times each time a new agent comes the would say my rent was behind and that I owe money and threaten to evict me lucky I saved all my money orders and each time was able to prove that my rent was paid. The maintenance also suck u have to keep harassing them just get something fix and then he would come with a major attitude.
