Were you able to get all of your questions answered while you were at this senior care facility? Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Run, don't walk away from here. Forget the Medicare or state rating system! My father passed away in September and I am convinced his year long stay here contributed to his death. Staff is apathetic and lazy, management is clueless and unresponsive, decor is dated, and dining room is not clean. Mostly the problem is the bad attitude of most of the staff, and that translates into very poor resident care. Just go away from here. There are better places in Houston for you or someone you love.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.
