They lose paperwork and then fail to make appropriate follow up appointments. They confiscate your personal items and lose them or steal them who knows. They DO NOT CARE about any patients, and they lie. They also decide what medications they think you need even though they are not following the prescription instructions given by your doctor, the one who wrote the prescription. Terrible place!

The care at this facility is far below expectations! The attitude of the most of the staff is horrible! They do not care for the patients at all. Patients that do have some self care, such as, eating, drinking, walking, or bathroom skills are not taken care of! They are not changed, offered anything to drink, taken out of bed, or even communicated with! My mom was able to do all the above when she was placed here and within the fourteen months she was deceased! This place killed my mom!! I WOULD NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS... read more

My brother died there, no water was given to him, not enough nurses to give medication or attention to those in there, he wasn't never changed, or listened too, bad attitudes, giving medication to patient to die, not help. Smells bad, close it down. Hate this place. DON'T LEAVE YOUR LOVEONES THERE!!!

this is not a place that i would reccommend anybody letting their family member living there, the place(Ashford Gardens) is a nightmare, you would be beter off living on the streets at least you would get the medical attention that you need this place is the worse of the worse

I would not board my dog here. My mother went completely downhill after 3 weeks in this place. I met 2 nurses who were attentive. The others were too busy on their cell phones to take care of mom. The social worker is a freaking joke. I left 2 messages for her and when I finally caught up to her in person she said "oh I haven't had time to check". Seriously? Isn't that your job? The food is inedible and no one would help my mom eat when I wasn't there. The kicker is the doctor, who never returned my calls, sent my mother to ... read more
