I have scheduled a tour some days ago, and when I get there, after waiting for 30 minutes, the person responsible for the office told me she was alone there and that I couldn't see the apartment because it would be vacant later. They've scheduled the tour with me, sent me a message to confirm the tour, and made me waste my time! I had to miss a meeting to be there at 1:30pm for nothing! If it is this mess for touring, I can figure out how it is living there.
