We had a curbside pickup order for 545. The instructions in our confirmation email said to pull to the designated parking spots. Couldn’t find a sign or anything. We pulled up near the front door behind another vehicle and called, selected 1 for curbside pickup and nobody answered. Called back 7 more times for a total of 8 calls, no one answers. We have came multiple times the service is absolutely horrible! We have stood in front and no one acknowledges you, when they have seated us it is always at a dirty table, you will have multiple waitresses walk by no one speaks! I truly think they need serious Customer Service Training and so much more!!!! Here is a few tips maybe try saying could I get you guys any appetizers? Make sure and bring silverware and menus....

we normally do date night here, but not anymore. We ordered our wings twice and got them cold twice. I always order all flats and twice I got all drums. It used to be our favorite place. I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for hot and fresh, or your order done right. Service was ok at best VERY DISAPPOUNTED

tonight we went for my sons birthday. It was the absolute worse experience. First our table of 6 ordered 4 appetizers and a hour later they came out Ice cold. Then they bring entrees which was a complete joke. They were ALL ice cold and 2 of the 6 plates had hair and 3 of of 6 was not made correctly. When I asked to speak to the manager i was told it would be a few because she was busy with complaints at a bunch of other tables. Came in to Wild Wing tonight with a party of 9 and was assigned to Dylan. We were told that this was his first big party working alone we were pleased at how AMAZING he did! Thank you Dylan and we will definitely be looking for you on our next visit!!

Good and bad. Finally had the manager seat us. He forgot to tell the server we were there. I went into the kitchen to get a server after about 10-15 min. Our server really was nice and friendly. My daughters Nashville hot chicken was bland, not spicy and warm at best. My Original Chicken sandwich was ok but it had a weird bbq sauce that tasted ketchup-y. The spinach dip was fantastic though and the Mother Clucker drink was terrific. Left a good tip but will not come back
