Worst service I have ever experienced. They had us wait 30 minutes then told us they were trying to find a server for our party of 8 (5 of which were children) yet another party of four sat beside us and got immediate service. The manager finally got our drinks and order and was gracious. The server that finally showed up late for her shift came to our table once but spent the majority of our stay Hugging on the customers at the bar. I have never not left someone a tip but we will never ever be back. TERRIBLE experience

Faster and friendlier service would be a great idea. Having to wait 45 minutes for chicken wings when the restaurant is at less than 50% capacity is ridiculous and it was apparent that the wait staff and management could.have cared less.

We came to watch football on Sunday 9/13. Waited over 10 min to be seated. Asked if we could sit in the bar. Waitress sat us and took our drink order. 20+ minutes later waitress never came back to table. We watched her seat table after table. We also watched the bartender completely ignore us several times. My boyfriend got up and stood at the bar for at least 10 min as she served others and even a new person who walked in. Our waitress this afternoon (Wearing a red shirt) was awful. She ignored us most of the time. We didn’t get our appetizer until the food came out. We asked for ranch and guacamole with our meal and it wasn’t brought out. We asked again and over 20 minutes later we got it. We had to flag our waitress down for napkins and utensils. Beer was warm.
