I've been using West Asheville Family Dentistry for several years now, and I've always had an excellent experience. Even one procedure, which I expected to be quite painful, was quickly done with very little aching afterwards. From the front desk, to the assistants and the dentists, all have been welcoming and made me feel truly cared for (I did NOT have this experience with my last dentist!).
I always have a good experience at WAFD. My hygienist, Tracey, is the best! We always chat, and I feel at ease when she's cleaning my teeth. And their lobby is very soothing and relaxing.
Beyond excellent! Hands down best dental practice I’ve ever been to! Not only are the dentists the best in their field of expertise, but the entire staff is very kind and most helpful when it comes to coordinating treatment and answering all your insurance questions. I’ve definitely found my forever hone! 😁
My husband and I decided to go to West Asheville Family Dentistry because it’s walkable from our home. Seemed a good enough reason, as I’d heard that there are many good practices in the area. I’m so glad we chose WAVL. Dr. Townsend and his staff are personal, professional, thorough and efficient. Sometimes you can’t expect all of these qualities at a healthcare provider. You can here. I always feel valued and well-cared for. We highly recommend WAVL Family Dentistry.
The hygienist Tracy is one of the best I've ever had in 47 years. Dr Bernier and West Asheville Family Dentistry is by far the most attentive, clean, and reasonable dentist in Asheville. if you go once you'll never go anywhere else again. Also the best thing about it is that he has multiple locations one on merrimon as well West Asheville and Old fort.
