My boyfriend and I have lived at Bridge at Asher for nearly 7 months, and we’ve submitted 11 pest control requests, all for ongoing infestations of cockroaches, ants, and wasps. Despite this, the issues have never been properly resolved. I have lived here since 2016. I stay because this property is unlike any of the newer apartments. There have been some issues over the past few years but the new manager, Adrian, has worked hard to improve many issues you may have read about and more. The property is beautifully landscaped through out the community with many trees and the woods behind the property are unlike any new property you will find. I love sweeping my patio every week because the leaf blower guys don’t think about what they’re doing. I’ve brought this issue up several times
Excelente comunidad, segura; excelentes trabajadores, excelente servicio. Ojalá los eventos fueran más tarde o los fines de semana para poder estar más atento. También me gustaría que tuviéramos más acceso al gimnasio. No tengo más problemas.
Been here since September of 2024. Love it so much! In a one bed and it’s so spacious. Also the front office staff is so nice :-) maintenance is quick and reliable. No problems with bugs or anything like that. The neighborhood in general is quiet and safe. Also pretty to walk around. Very nature like. We plan on staying for a few years!
