I was told when I signed my lease that I would be able to get a parking pass within a month of moving in. It has now been 8 months and I still don’t have one. Only after signing and asking them numerous times each month did I find out that parking spots are actually assigned to certain units, and everyone else is stuck on a vague “waitlist” that could take years. Awesome ppl. They go above and beyond what the average landlord would.
Nice buildings, but horrible communication when you have an issue. I've been banned with a no trespassing, but for something I didn't do. They claim I was sleeping in the front lobby without shoes or socks. I'm a responsible adult, not a homeless man looking for a wame place to sleep. I've contacted them 4 times and no response. Falsely accused without notice. I want to see the video because I've never spent the night in that building, because I've always gone home home after visiting my friend.
