I posted the other day and several people have contacted me. Ashburn Service & Tire Center has taken care of all the vehicles in my family for 10+ years! The professionalism and dedicated staff have become an extended part of our family. Leonard and all the guys know us by first name and always strive to make our car issues go away quickly. Theses guys get it right the first time! When others talk to me about car related repairs, I quickly say, WHY would I take my car anywhere else !!!

These guys have been working on my cars and my family's car's for years! They are always welcoming love to tell jokes. They even gave me doughnuts while I waited for my car!! :):):)

When you're 23 years old, new to the area, bringing a beat-up old beater to a mechanic for the first time, and they tell you, "We can fix it if you like, but it will cost [HOLY CRAP THAT'S EXPENSIVE], so we would recommend getting a new car." First time I have been to this place on last Friday. Management is so responsive listening to car issue and explaining what may be causing it. They even suggested I can diagnose myself but I decided to let them fix as I felt it will be taken care well even though it would cost me money. But then they quickly looked at while it is in parking lot, asked mechanic to come and help it out . It took 10 minutes but they offered to do it free of charge as courtesy. Poor service and experience. They replaced my brake pads & rotors. Shortly thereafter I had a severe vibration problem - they diagnosed as a caliper failure. Wasn't present before the break job, and just happened right after. They charged me to fix the problem they created. Office manager was unapologetic, combative, condescending and rude. I asked for the owner to call - never did. I won't be back.

A big rip off and customer service stinks. They break things in your car and then expect you to pay for parts and labor. I am doing my part to get the word out to stay away from them.
